3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 cup oil
2 t. vanilla
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water
1 c. Hershey Dark Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, cocoa, cinnamon. Create a hole in the middle of the mixture to add wet ingredients. Add oil, vanilla, vinegar, and cold water into a "puddle" and wait to mix until you have put all of the wet ingredients in. Mix until smooth. Pour into an ungreased cake pan and bake at for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
As soon as you take it out of the oven, sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the cake. Pop it back into the oven for about a minute until they look glossy. Remove it from oven and spread the chocolate to the corners with a spreader.
