1 can (8-10 count) biscuits
Shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. milk
Options for muffin fillers: bacon, ham, turkey, cheese, tomatoes, salsa, onion, mushrooms, peppers
*Put whatever you want in your muffins.

Divide biscuit in half and press into lightly greased muffin cup. Add whatever you want for the filling. Mix eggs, salt and pepper, and milk. Pour a small amount of egg mix over muffin fillers. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until you can tell that eggs are cooked.
