1 Heat grill. Brush both sides of pork chops with oil; sprinkle with thyme, marjoram and seasoned salt. 2 When ready to grill, place pork chops on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 12 to 15 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center, turning once.
To broil pork chops, place on broiler pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, turning once.
Bone-in pork chops can be used in place of boneless pork chops. allow a few minutes of extra cooking time for bone-in chops.
Try fresh herbs on these pork chops. As a rule, to substitute fresh herbs for dried, use three times the amount of fresh herbs.

Enjoy a grilled tomato-onion salad and garlic bread with these pork chops. Halve tomatoes and slice onions, brush them with olive oil and season them with salt, pepper and oregano. Grill the tomatoes until softened; onions until blackened and caramelized. Remove the tomatoes and onions from the grill, cut into smaller pieces and toss them all with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and additional olive oil.
