2 large cans tuna
1 pkg egg noodles, cooked
1 pkg (or 2 cans drained and rinsed) of frozen peas, cooked (you can also use broccoli pieces)
8 cheese slices (american, or 3 cheese blend)
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream (you can use milk)
1/2 stick of butter
1 pkg shredded cheese (colby, cheddar, or casserole blend)
1 sleeve of crushed ritz crackers
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare noodles according to package directions.
2. After draining, return to pot, and add 1/4 stick of butter, cream, cheese slices and salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
3. Add in tuna and cooked or canned peas (or broccoli).
4. Spread mixture in a lightly greased (I use spray butter) casserole dish. Cover with cracker crumbs, and top with shredded cheese, and slices from remaining 1/4 stick of butter.
5. Bake in a 350º F oven until cheese on top is melted.
