Ingredients:  
2 cups of confectionary sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp butter
6 oz chocolate chips
1/2 pkg of mini marshmellows
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, butter and boil 4 minutes, remove from heat and add chocolate and marshmallows. Pour into pan and let cool for 2 hours.

Ms. Gayle gave me this awesome fudge recipe. When I told her she should add it to the cookbook, she couldn't find it!! So, I added it for her!
