1 pork tenderloin
6 potatoes, cut in med sized cubes
1/2 bag baby carrots
5 stalks of celery
2 med onions, rough chopped (larger pieces)
1 heaping tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place pork in crock pot, add in other ingredients, potatoes last, until pot it filled.
2. Pour in water until roast is covered.
3. Turn crock pot on high, for at least 8 hrs, or until potatoes are tender and fall apart to touch.
