Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 - 2 Lbs of chicken tenders or skinless boneless breast (sliced into 3 strips ea)
2 C of flour
3 T of Lawry's Seasoned Salt
3 T of garlic powder (any kind)
1 T of McCormick's Seasoned Pepper
3 eggs beaten
Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs in one bowl (you'll be dipping the chicken strips in this)

Place the flour and seasoning in a zip lock baggie or a bowl. Mix all together well.

Rinse and pat dry the chicken. If you're using chicken breasts, cut them into 3 strips each.

Dip a chicken strip into the egg to cover, pick up with a fork and let most of the egg drip off the end. Place it into the baggie, or bowl, with the flour mix. Once you have 3-4 pieces, toss them in the flour until evenly and well coated.

Once all of the chicken is ready, take a large frying pan and pour enough oil in to cover the bottom to about 1/4 inch. Heat on med high heat until you can put one piece of chicken in and it starts to sputter and fry. Then put all strips in and let them fry for a couple of minutes. Turn them over to see if they are starting to get brown - you may turn them several times, but if the flour mix is coming off - your turning them too early. Once they look the color you're used to, their ready. Enjoy!!
