2 T. butter, melted
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 doz. eggs
Dash of salt and pepper
1/2 pint whipping cream (not whipped)
8 oz. cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top
1 lb. bulk sausage (Bob Evans) browned and drained

Directions:

Melt butter in oblong Pyrex dish. Whisk eggs, then add 8 oz. cheese, salt, pepper, whipping cream, and sausage and pour into Pyrex dish. Sprinkle 8 oz. cheese on top. Bake uncovered 350º for 30 to 40 min.
