2 flank steaks/London Broil (about 1 1/2 lbs. each)
Marinade:
2/3 c dry red wine
2/3 c. soy sauce
6 large cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
1/3 c. chopped parsley
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients, add steaks, and marinate at least 30 minutes, or overnight is best. Remove from marinade and pat dry.
Broil or grill over high heat, 3" from heat source for 4 minutes on each side. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice thinly on the diagonal and arrange on a platter.
