2 lb roast
1 medium onion, sliced
1 pint tomato juice
1 tsp.. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. marjoram
4-5 medium potatoes, quartered
4-5 carrot, sliced
dash of vinegar
10 3/4 oz. Golden Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker, arrange onion on top. Carefully pour tomato juice over, sprinkle with spices.
Cover and cook on high 5 hours.

Drain juice from roast inn bowl, pull roast apart into pieces. Return to slow cooker.

Partially cook potatoes and carrots in sauce pan with water and white vinegar. Layer veggies on top of roast.

Pour soup over and cover and cook on high for 1 more hour.
