1 lb ground chuck
1 tbsp chopped onion
2 1/2 bags shredded cheese (I use pizza cheese)
1 bag frozen tater tots
1 can of cream of chicken & cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Pre Heat oven to 425º. Brown meat and add in onions. Drain meat and pour into 9x9 casserole dish. Add can of soup and mix with meat. Spread mixture evenly in dish. Pour 1 bag of cheese evenly on top of mixture. Line tater tots evenly on top of cheese. Pour 1 1/2 bags of cheese on top of tater tots. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

I sometimes use 2 lbs of meat and 2 cans of soup. You can either use 2 cans of cream of chicken and mushroom or 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of cream of chicken.
