4 Granny Smith apples
1 Can (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 package sugar cookie dough
3 Tbs. Flour
1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Peel, core and slice apples. Cut apples in half; place in a deep dish pan (pie pan works well). Combine cranberry sauce, sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl; mix well. Pour over apples. Cut cookie dough in half; reserve one portion for another use. Slice cookie dough 1/4 inch thick slices. Arrange evenly over apple mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes and top is golden brown. Is best when served warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
