1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 c. mayo
1 pkg Knorr vegetable dip mix
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors.

We serve this dip with rice crackers. They can usually be found around the deli section of the grocery store.
To make a "lighter" dip, just use lower fat sour cream and mayo.
