1 stick butter, softened
8 oz sour cream
3 eggs, beaten
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter and sour cream. Add corn and eggs. Stir in Jiffy mix, salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes or until firm at 350 degrees.
