Ingredients:  
1 lb. sausage (cooked, drained, crumbled)
5 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. salt
6 bread slices (crust removed)
1 ½ cups grated cheese
Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain sausage. Butter bread and cut into cubes. Beat eggs and add all other ingredients including bread. Mix well. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Cook uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
