2 lbs. summer squash, sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup shredded carrot
1-8 oz package stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sliced squash and chopped onion in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in shredded carrots. Fold in drained squash and onions. Combine stuffing and recommended butter. Spread half of the stuffing mixture in bottom of baking dish. Spoon vegetable mixture on top of stuffing mix. Sprinkle remaining stuffing over vegetables. Bake 350 degrees for 25 - 35 minutes. ENJOY!
