1 lb pasta (your choice)
1 large onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
11/2 c ham, cut in small cubes
1-10 oz can tomato soup
2 T tomato paste
8 oz sliced mushrooms, cooked in butter or olive oil
1 T sugar
1/2 c 10% milk or cream (don't use cream if putting sauce in jars)
dried oregano or basil
grated Gruyere or mozzarella cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook oregano and garlic in olive oil or butter. Add ham, cooked mushrooms, soup, paste, cream, sugar, herbs, salt and pepper. Cook 5 min.
Cook and drain pasta, Add sauce. Top with cheese and paprika and put under broiler for 1 minute.
