1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. grated sharp cheddar
½ tsp. curry powder

Layered topping:
Mango chutney
Toasted pecan pieces
Toasted unsweetened coconut
Currants
Chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine base and spread in serving dish. Top with mango chutney, followed by toasted coconut, toasted pecans, currants & green onions. Serve with crackers, veggies, etc.

This appetizer may sound a little different, however, the combination of ingredients will make you go back for more. I served this for my father-in-law who is both celiac and a picky eater - he nearly finished the bowl! Enjoy.
