2 c., plus 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar (plus some for sprinkling on top)
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
Dash salt
5 T. lemon juice (juice of 2 lemons)
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine flour, butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
Mix thoroughly and press into ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix egg,sugar, salt and lemon juice.
Fold in 1/4 cup flour and baking powder.
Pour onto hot crust, bake 21 minutes longer and cool.
Cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
