14 oz. chicken broth
2 cups water
2 cups cauliflower
1/2 lb scallops - cut in half
1 lb shrimp - cooked and peeled
1/2 onion - diced
1 green bell pepper - chopped
4 stalks celery - chopped
1 cup mushrooms - quartered
1 - 29 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp garlic salt
5-10 drops tabasco (optional)

1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth and water and bring to a boil
2. Reduce heat slightly and add in celery, green bell pepper, and onion to pot.
3. Allow that to cook while you chop cauliflower to a "rice-like" texture in a food processor or blender.
4. Add cauliflower, scallops, shrimp, mushrooms, tomato sauce and spices
5. Stir continuously for 10 minutes or until scallops are cooked through.
