5 cups sliced fresh peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Gold Medal (all purpose) flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º.
Mix peaches and lemon juice.
Stir together sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Mix with peaches.
Prepare a double crust.
Pour mixture over bottom crust in pie pan.
Dot top with pieces of the butter and cover with the top crust.
Crimp edges and cut slits for venting.
Bake for at least an hour.
