2 tbsp oil
3/4 lb thin sliced beed round steak - cur into strips
2 roma tomatoes - chopped
1 cup mushrooms - quartered or sliced
1 onion - diced
cabbage leaves
guacamole (optional)
sliced olives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in pan on medium heat
2. Add in garlic and onions and cook for 2-3 minutes
3. Add in steak slices and cook thoroughly
4. Add in mushrooms, tomatoes, and olives. Stir
5. Scoop fajita mixture into cabbage leaves
6. Top with guacamole
