1.5 to 2 lb. of ground beef- browned
4 c. wide egg noodles
1 envelope of French onion soup mix
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
3 c. water

1 c. sour cream
2 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the first five ingredients in the order they are listed. Make sure all the noodle are moistened. Do not stir! Cover and cook over medium low heat for 20 minutes.
Mix the flour and sour cream together then add to the pan. Stir and cook 3 more minutes.
