2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

2 eggs- beaten
5 T. milk
1 tsp. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium sized bowl and make a well. Add the eggs, milk, and butter or margarine. Mix with a fork, then with your fingers until it forms a stiff dough. Roll out on a well floured surface until very thin. Let stand at least 20 minutes. Cut as desired in noodles or dumplings. Drop into boiling chicken or beef broth and cook. Have some very hot water ready so they do not go dry while they are cooking.

I think if I doubled the salt they would taste like grandma's! Try your pizza cutter if you do not have a noodle cutter.
