1 lb. honey
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in large heavy pan and bring slowly to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cook slowly until hard crack stage, stirring occasionally.

Turn onto generously buttered platter or marble. When cool enough to handle begin pulling and twisting. Lay on plate or board and cut into bite size pieces. Wrap in wax paper.
