Qt. size freezer bags (one for each person)
2 eggs for each person
A variety of ingredients like: ham, onion, garlic, cheeses, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, etc.

Directions:
Have each person write their name on one of the freezer bags. Crack two eggs into each bag. Seal and shake up the eggs well. Each person adds all the extra ingredients that they want. Add salt and pepper if you like. Seal, making sure you get all the air out of the bag, and shake well again. Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6 - 8 omelets in a large pot at the same time. For more, have another large pot of boiling water.
Remove omelet from the water, open the bag, and the omelet will roll out easily. Be prepared for everyone to be amazed!
