6 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in blender and add flour, salt & pepper, Cover and process til smooth. Pour into greased 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 450º for 20 minutes or until eggs are set. Cover with cheese when finished baking.

Using 2 spatulas, loosed and roll jelly roll style.

This makes a 9" roll. Remove from pan , slice and serve.

You could add bacon, ham, sausage, peppers and onions, mushrooms. What ever you like I sure would be tasty.
