1 Envelope Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix
1 Tub (16 oz.) Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Pkg. Frozen Spinach
1 Can Water Chestnuts (optional)
Directions:

Cook spinach, drain off water very well.
In bowl mix all ingredients in together.
Chill for no less than 2 hours.
