12 good sized potatoes
10-12 hard cooked eggs, I grate them to put in this salad)
1 rounded cup chopped celery
1 large onion, chopped fine

Dressing:
about 1 3/4 cup mayonnaise
add a little canned milk
1 level tbs mustard
1 tsp seasoned salt
3 tbs pickle relish
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, cool and cut into cubes. Add the celery, and onions. Add the grated hard boiled eggs.

Mix dressing ingredients together add to the potato mixture, mixing well to blend flavors.

Potato Salad was always a salad the "Rollins" bunch took on a picnic.We loved it and looked forward to having it in the summer time.
