8 chicken breast halves, with skin and bone
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 can of sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 10oz pkg broccoli pieces, thawed and drained
celery
1 small pkg dry herb seasoned dressing mix
1 1/2 sticks butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil chicken breasts in water with celery, after cooling, skin, bone, and cut into bite sized pieces.
2. Mix Chicken pieces with mayo, sour cream, soup, curry powder, lemon juice, water chestnuts, and broccoli pieces.
3. In separate bowl, melt butter, and mix with dressing mix.
4. Lightly grease 9x12 pan, add 1/2 of chicken mixture, then 1/2 of stuffing mixture. Repeat with remaining mixtures.
5. Cover with foil, and refrigerate overnight.
6. Bake 1 hour at 350º F with foil on.
