1 single pie crust
1 lb bacon, fried crisp
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3 cups shredded swiss cheese
5 eggs beaten
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line Pie pan with pie crust.
2. Crumble bacon into bottom of pie crust.
3. Beat eggs first, then mix in cream, add salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese, and pour over bacon.
4. Bake about 30 mins in a 450º F oven, until golden brown. Reduce heat to 250º F and bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 30 mins more.
