Personal Notes:
Not exactly " Lo Cal" but worth an occasional try. Jerry & I had this at an Italian restaurant in San Francisco. They served with a fabulous salad- so simple and perfect with the creamy pasta.

SALAD
- 1 Head radicchio * ( Pronounced ra-de key-o) Italian salad ingredient in the chicory family A rich maroon color with white veins A medium size of radichio is usually the best. It is a tightly packed "ORB"
- Your favorite vinaigrette dressing, homemade or store bought
- Coarsely chop radicchio
- Wash & drain well
- Toss with dressing
