1 unbaked pie crust
2 cups sharp Cheddar, shredded
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained

1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Line a 9" pie plate with pre-made crust and flute the edge. Toss cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and pour into crust. Bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with a green salad.
