Combine:
1/2 cup packed Brown sugar
4 T. Heavy (whipping) cream
Cinnamon (small amount optional)

Stir In:
2 Cups Pecans (stir until they are well coated)
Directions:
Directions:
1 Cookie sheet ( greased)
Pre-Heat Oven to 375º

Bake for 20 minutes, (stir half way through).
(It is done when mixture crystallizes and isn't so runny.)

Toss them in sugar while they are hot. Let them cool and store in an airtight container.
