2 cans Ranch Style Beans
2 cans diced chili ready tomatoes
2 pkgs Willams Chili seasoning (or your fave)
2 Lbs ground turkey or lean ground beef
22 oz. (or 4 small cans or half a large jar) Spicy Hot V8

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground turkey or lean ground beef (or a pound of each) until all moisture has evaporated and meat is browned. Add beans, tomatoes, seasoning & V8. Let simmer at least 20 minutes or put it in a crockpot all day.
Serve with cheddar cheese, Fritos or sour cream.
OR serve it the way our Hawaiian friends do - topped with almonds & coconut. Absolute yum.
