1 1/4 c all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
1 c fat-free milk
1 T canola or olive oil
1 T honey
3/4-1 c quick cooking oats

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Combine the egg, milk, oil, & honey. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in 3/4 cup oats, adding more for desired thickness of griddle cakes.
Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until second side is golden brown.

This recipe comes from what is now Healthy Cooking magazine. The original recipe calls for 1/2 c oats & 1/2 c chopped pecans. We've adjusted it for the non-nut people in our family, but you can adjust it back, if needed. WW points = 3.75 per 2 griddle cakes (without nuts)
