1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
3/4 c grated parmesan cheese
3/4 c light mayonnaise
1/2 c low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients; spoon into 9" quiche dish or pie plate.
Bake 20 minutes or until heated through

Another better-for-you spinach artichoke dip recipe from Kraft's Food & Family magazine. It's now the only one I use and no one knows it's a lower fat/calorie version. WW points = 1.4 per 2 Tbsp.
