2 eggs
4 c. diced apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 1/3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Break eggs over apples and stir. Add sugar, cinnamon, oil, vanilla and nuts. Sift flour with salt and baking soda, add to apple mixture. Mixture will be very stiff. Pour in greased 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes.
