1 lb ground pork with spices
4 eggs
¾ heavy cream
1 tsp dried onions [optional]
1 tsp nutmeg
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 package cooked frozen spinach
1 cup grated cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground pork thoroughly in frying pan. Drain grease and place on paper towel to remove more grease. Whisk eggs with heavy cream. Add nutmeg, onions and drained spinach cooked port. Place mixture in pie crust. Pour egg/cream mixture over pork mixture in pie crust. Pour egg/cream mixture over pork mixture in pie plate. Top with grated cheese and bake in 350 degree oven of 45 minutes. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
