1 egg well beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 heaping T. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. diced apples, peeled & cored
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, stir in next for ingredients, then add apples & mix all well together pour into greased casserole dish.
Can add walnuts or other fruits if desired.
Bake 350º about 1/2 hr.
