27-30 Italian Plums (prunes) rinsed & split
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with milk, add 2 T. butter,1 c. flour, salt, & baking powder.
Grease & flour 13x9 pan, spread mix into pan.
Layer plums skin side down! in pan.
Make topping mix: 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 cup of flour, sprinkle over plums.
Drizzle the remaining butter on top.
Bake; 350 for 30 min.
