1 lb. ground beef, ground pork, or Italian sausage 1 finely chopped onion 1 cup grated cheddar cheese Crumbs from hot dog buns or bread Salt & pepper

Our trips to the beach always included three essentials - bathing suits, suntan lotion, & pee-wees. These little poboys freeze well, can go from freezer to oven and are real crowd-pleasers.

Brown meat and remove to bowl with slotted spoon. Saute onion and add to bowl along with the cheddar cheese. Add bread crumbs. Cut rolls in half vertically and scoop out centers with a spoon. Stuff rolls with the meat mixture. Butter tops with garlic butter and bake for 10 minutes at 350.
