4 cups of berries, fruit, or both
1 cup of sugar
2 tbsp. of corn starch
1 cup of flour
1 cup of butter
1/4 cup of water
dash of salt
spoonful of whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Filling- pour into a bowl 4 cups of your favorite fruit or berries, mix in 1 cup of sugar and 2 table spoons of corn starch. pour the filling into a glass baking pan.

Crust- in a bowl mix 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of softened butter, 1/4 cup of flour, and a dash of salt.
roll crust into a very thin sheet and place lightly on top of the filling in the pan. cut or rip off extra pie crust if it is hanging over the edge of the pan and spread out one spoonful of whipping cream over the top of the crust.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20min or until crust in brown then turn down to 325 for 15-20min. Take out and enjoy

if you like your cobbler thicker you can add another table spoon of corn starch, if you like it thinner just add one.Try to handle the crust as little as possible, this will make it soft and flakey when it comes out of the oven. Don't forget to rub flour on the rolling pin and the surface where you will be rolling out the crust so it doesn't stick to it instead.
