1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. rice, raw (not instant)
1 egg, beaten
2 T. onion, finely chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 c. tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper, rice, and 1/4 c. of the tomato soup. Mix well. Make 20 balls. In a bowl, mix remaining tomato soup, water, and Worcestershire. Pour over balls and simmer. Cover and cook 45 min to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
