4 teaspoons olive oil , divided
2 links chicken - apple sausage , cut in 1/4" slices
1 medium sweet onion, sliced 1/4" thick (about 2 cups)
1 refrigerated pizza dough
1 21 oz. can premium apple pie filling
1 1/2 cups shredded provolone or gouda cheese
3/4 cup lightly packed baby arugula

Preheat oven to 425º. Heat 1 tsp. oil over medium/high heat. Cook sausage 3 minutes or until browned. Drain and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium, add 3 tsp. oil and cook onion 8 to 10 minutes or until tender and slightly carmelized.

While onion is cooking roll dough into 14" round pizza pan and bake for 8 minutes.

Spread pie filling evenly on to hot crust, top with onion and sausage. Sprinkle with cheese 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden. Top with arugula and serve.
