1 whole Egg, whisked
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1/2 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 T. Vegetable Oil
1/4 C. Butter, melted and cooled
1 Can (15oz.) Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, Undrained
1/3 C. All Purpose Flour
1/4 C. Yellow Corn Meal
1-3 T. Sugar (depending on your sweetness pref)
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp Extra Salt & Pepper, to taste

1. Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls in order listed, then combine. Add fresh cracked pepper and more salt to taste, if desired.
2. Pour into a greased baking dish. Top with small dabs of butter. (2-3 T.)
3. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the middle. (Give it a shake - it shouldn't jiggle too much in the middle when it's done.)

Make sure the melted butter is cooled some before adding egg. I usually use a square 8x8 baking dish, and it works well. You could probably also use a deep dish pie plate, too. This is very easy to double if you need it for a larger crowd, just use a 13x9 dish.
