Ingredients:  
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c salad oil
1 egg
1/2 c grated Parmesan
1/4 c lemon juice
1 t Worcestershire
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into blender. Mix very well. Serve at room temperature. Toss with lettuce. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan and croutons. Refrigerate remaining dressing.

I mix anchovy paste into mine when blending. I use Kraft grated Parmesan in dressing, but then roughly great fresh cheese on top of salad.
