Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb. Shrimp (peeled/deveined)
1 container cherry/grape tomatoes (halved)
Handful of chopped cilantro
2-4 cloves of minced garlic
2 limes (zest & juice)
paprika (to taste)
Ground red peppers or red pepper flakes (to taste)
1-2 jalapeņos, chopped
cayenne pepper (to taste)

In large skillet, over medium-high heat, put 2 tbsp. of EVOO. Add tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add minced garlic and shrimp. Cook til shrimp is pink. Lower heat to medium-low. Add cilantro, lime zest and paprika. Cook 1 minute. Add ground red pepper/pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, and lime juice. Stir all together. Pour over rice or pasta.
