2 boxes of Zatarain's Jambalaya mix
1-2 lbs of medium peeled raw shrimp
1/2 - 1 lb of sausage (jalapeņo, beef, pork or your choice) cut in halves or quarter slices

Directions:
Directions:
Measure out the rice from the Zatarain's mixes so you know how much water to add per your rice cooker instructions. Add the amount of water needed (per your cooker's instructions). Then add your shrimp and sausage. Stir and turn it on...and 30 minutes later you will have yummy jambalaya!

You can substitute chicken if preferred. I get the raw boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut it into cubes.
