1 tbs. unsalted butter
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 ½ cups milk
1 ½ cups water
1/8 cayenne pepper
1 bay leaf
½ cup cornmeal
½ cup grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add oil and garlic, sweat garlic 2 minutes. Add liquid increase heat to high add pepper and bay leaf. Simmer 5 minutes, remove bay leaf. Whisk in corn meal slowly, stir with wooden spoon ‘till thick, then stir in cheese.
